Shipping & Delivery

The shipment of your product is our highest priority. We would like to note that the majority of our suppliers are outside Qatar, therefore our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery. We will do our best to provide the product quickly but we would like to be transparent and note that the orders might usually take 14 to 21 working days to be delivered.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 working days. (In rare cases, if any error occurs in this process the order might be canceled and a full refund is guaranteed)

Shipping time & Charges: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to Qatar which typically takes 10-14 working days. As per this Policy, the international shipping charges will only be eligible for purchases below QAR 100.

Delivery In Qatar: Once the order arrives in Qatar it can take 2 - 3 working days to be ready to dispatch to the final destination. (Usually delivery in Doha is free while some locations outside the zones of Doha might be subject to delivery charges)
